- You need 40 g Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter
- Provide 50 g Coconut oil
- Get 40 g Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have)
- Get 150 g Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin)
- Use 250 g Jumbo oats
- Take 100 g Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat…)

- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan.
- Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid.
- Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray.
- Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine.
