- Get 3 medium sized Bananas (soft and ripened)
- You need 2 cups All purpose flour
- Use 2 Eggs
- You need 1.5 cups sugar(powdered)
- Use 3/4 cup refined oil
- Get 1 tablespoon milk
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon each Baking powder and Baking soda

- Use 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- You need Handful chopped walnuts, raisins or dates

Steps to make Banana Walnut Cake:
- Blend bananas with a tablespoon of milk in a blender. Put all the wet ingredients(banana mix + eggs + oil+vanilla essence) along with sugar in a jar and blend again. Pour back into a mixing bowl.
- Sieve flour with baking powder and soda together. Add flour in small batches to the mixing bowl and keep whisking.
- Once done, add walnuts, dates, choco chips or any nuts you want to toss in. Mix and fold gently.
- Pour in a greased bowl. Bake at 350 deg for 40 mins (OTG). Do a skewer test before taking out. Let it cool before cutting and serving.
Add eggs, bananas, flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt, nuts and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly and pour mixture into the prepared pan. Then in a separate bowl mash the bananas to a pulp with a large fork and briefly whisk them into the cake mixture. Now fold in the chopped walnuts and orange and lemon zests. Spoon the cake mixture into the prepared tin, level it off on top with the back of the spoon and sprinkle with the demerara sugar.
