- Use 12 tbsp hung curd
- Prepare 3 tbsp khus syrup
- Get 3 tbsp rose syrup
- Use 2 tbsp orange glucose powder
- You need 4 tbsp crushed fruit and nut muesli
Steps to make Hung Curd Dessert:
- Take three bowls and divide the curd into three portions and put in each bowl, that is 4 tbsp curd in each bowl
- Add khus syrup in one bowl and mix well, add rose syrup in the second bowl and mix well. In the third one add orange glucose powder and mix well
- Now for assembling take three small glasses, in one glass first put rose flavoured curd in the bottom, then spread 1 tsp muesli.
- Then spread the khus flavoured curd on top of muesli, again put 1 tsp muesli on top of the khus curd.
