  2. Get 250 gms Green Moong Daal

  1. Wash and soak Moong daal for 1 hr.Aftr that drain out the water from the daal.In blender add daal water chestnut ginger green chillies ajwain and salt and blend it till smooth consistency like dosa batter.
  2. Pour little oil over hot tawa. when hot just rub the tawa with a piece of tissue.
  3. Pour one small bowl of batter over tawa and spread it like dosa. sprinkle little oil on sides.
  4. In this batter you should also dip bread and make Bread Pakoras(green chik chak Pakoras😋)
  5. Make batter of Gram flour add ajwain salt red chilli coriander in this batter.. take bread slices and dip into this batter. deep fry in oil.
  6. Serve this Green chik chak dosa(cheela) and Pakoras with Green coriander chutney and imli chutney🙂
