- Heat ghee on pan add jaggery saute till it white and fluffy. Take out in a plate. - Now take ghee add water chestnut flour(singhara atta) and saute add poppy seeds kismis dry ginger powder pipramul ganthoda powder cardamom powder grated dry coconut and saffron saute let it cool and add crushed pepper steep sugar powder.
