- You need 250 grams singhada flour (water chestnut flour)
- Take 3-4 medium sized potatoes (boiled, peeled and cubed)
- Prepare 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Provide 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Use to taste Rock salt

- Firstly, take flour in a mixing bowl and make thick and smooth batter by adding water. Batter should be of dropping consistency.
- Now add coriander, green chillies, salt and red chilli powder(optional)
- Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok on medium flame.
- Now add boiled potato cubes in the batter and smear 6-8 potato cubes in the batter with light hands.
- Fry them in heated oil on medium flame till crisp and brown.
- Take them out in a serving plate.
- Make more fritters with the remaining batter like so.
- Serve hot with green chutney or curd.

- Add sugar in whisked yoghurt and mix well.
- Assemble hot fritters in a serving plate, top it with whisked sweet yoghurt, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
