The ingredients needed to cook Watermelon Sorbet:
- You need 2 cups watermelon cubes, seedless
- Get 1/2 cup sugar
- Take 1/2 cup water
- You need 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Take a saucepan, add sugar and water to a boil.
- Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Once sugar is dissolved keep it aside.
- Now in a blender, churn watermelon to make puree.
