  2. When it becomes light brown add 1cup water and 1 cup milk.
  3. Steam for 4 -5 mins. Add Jaggery (use powdered Jaggery or cut it into small pieces.)
  4. Now add cardamom powder, saffron,and dry fruits. Serve hot. Very healthy dish.
